Spay/Neuter surgeries are performed Monday through Thursday.
No surgeries are performed on Friday
We apologize for the delay in our response to scheduling appointments but we have an extensive waiting list of over 500 clients (a majority with multiple animals) that has accrued since our COVID-19 closure in March 2020.
If you have a request in queue, it will be answered by phone in the order it was received.
You may experience a delay in our response to your request as we are trying to accommodate those who were on the request list prior to your submission.
We are working diligently to get to all requests.
We have put protocols in place for the health and safety of our staff and clientele that consume a bit more of our time, as well as the implementation of a $50.00/appointment deposit to ensure that we reduce the number of "no-show" appointments and motivate clients to present for their first scheduled appointment.
Please be reassured that we are doing everything we can to efficiently and effectively address our backlogged requests in a timely manner.
