We Are All About Spay/Neuter
& Preventative Care
We have provided a solution to pet overpopulation since 2009, and we continue to expand our affordable preventative care by offering wellness services.
Twin Ports Spay/Neuter is please to announce that we have resumed spay/neuter operations.
Due to the volume of appointments being requested, we are requiring a $50.00 deposit per appointment requested.
If you present for your scheduled appointment this deposit will be applied to your final balance.
If you do not present for your scheduled appointment or you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice the $50.00 per appointment will be non-refundable or non-transferable as it will be applied to a no-show fee.
We will be providing only curbside intake/discharge during this time and cloth face masks are mandatory.
Any rudeness or disrespect to our staff will not be tolerated.
We apologize for the delay in our response to scheduling appointments but we have an extensive waiting list of over 500 clients (a majority with multiple animals) that has accrued since we have been closed since March 20th, 2020.
If you have a request in queue, it will be answered by phone in the order it was received.
As we have just resumed normal spay/neuter operations on July 13th, 2020, you may experience a delay in our response to your request as we are trying to accommodate those who had appointments cancelled during our closure and then those who were on the request list prior to your submission. We are working diligently to get to all requests.
We have put protocols in place for the health and safety of our staff and clientele that consume a bit more of our time, as well as the implementation of a $50.00/appointment deposit to ensure that we reduce the number of "no-show" appointments and motivate clients to present for their first scheduled appointment.
Please be reassured that we are doing everything we can to efficiently and effectively address our backlogged requests in a timely manner.
Thank you all for your patronage and understanding!
We wish you and your pets the best of health,
The Twin Ports Spay/Neuter Staff
