Spay/Neuter surgeries are performed Monday through Thursday.

The clinic is closed on Friday.

At this time, we cannot book appointments over the phone.



Cats must be a minimum of 8 weeks of age and 3 pounds to be eligible for alterations.

Dogs must be a minimum of 6 months of age. Large breeds are recommended to wait until they are 1 year and extra-large breeds are recommended to wait until 2 years.

Effective immediately, we will now need to see a form of identification when presenting your pet for their appointment.

Please have a form of identification and rabies certificate ready upon check-in.

EXPOSED TO COVID-19, IS AWAITING TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19, OR IS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

YOU MUST NOTIFY TWIN PORTS SPAY/NEUTER IMMEDIATELY AT MEDICAL@NORTHLANDSPAYNEUTER.ORG AS WE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR PET(S) APPOINTMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS!

ANY DISRESPECT AND/OR RUDENESS TO OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

During this time, we will be allowing all clientele in the building at once. The clinic doors will open at 8:00AM.

DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE CLINIC AS THIS AREA IS STRICTLY A BIKE LANE - FOR THE COURTESY OF OUR STAFF AND OTHER CLIENTELE SMOKING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN FRONT OF THE CLINIC.

All pets should remain in your vehicle until check-in is complete and you are directed by a staff member to retrieve your pet(s).

Payment is due in full at the time of service - we do not offer payment plans. We will be accepting cash and all electronic payment in the form of Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express - we will not accept checks or care credit.

We are open Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm.

APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED $50.00 FROM DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
