Departure and Discharge

​

Upon your departure, you will receive post-operative care/instructions. A staff member will go over any discharge instructions along with answering any questions or concerns. A physical paper copy and emailed copy will be sent with you upon discharge.

Please read through the discharge instructions and note any questions/comments/concerns you may want to discuss with a Twin Ports Spay/Neuter representative prior to the discharge process.

ANYONE WHO MAY BE DROPPING OFF AND/OR PICKING UP MUST BE AUTHORIZED ON THE ACCOUNT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT

Dogs will be discharged the same day as surgery between 12:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M.

A staff member will contact you by phone when a pick-up time is available. Twin Ports Spay/Neuter will email you an invoice during the day of surgery to finalize payment, payments are made during time of discharge when you pick up your pet. When you arrive to pick up your pet(s), please approach a Twin Ports Spay/Neuter representative.

Cats will be group discharged the day following surgery at 7:30A.M. sharp.

Please arrive promptly to discharge time or you will be waiting until after the days intake. 

If you are not present, you will be charged a $20.00 late fee (per day, Monday-Wednesday) and a $40.00 late fee (per day, Thursday-Sunday) and will be required to pick up you cat at the next day's discharge as we do not have staffing to accommodate discharge aside from our designated discharge time.

 

Payment is due in full at the time of service - we do not offer payment plans.

We will be accepting cash and all electronic payment in the form of Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express - we will not accept checks or care credit.

We are open Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm.

APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED $50.00 FROM DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
